Sieklay, a profound detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor, who’s also a team leader that play very important role to the calculation of quantity needs for building a project. She has involved in this role since 2017 when she was started with Senserey Construction Co., Ltd. with her proven skills and capacity in coordinating with relevant stakeholders both internal and external, recently she was promoted to be a team leader in 2020. Before starting with Senserey, she spent 4 years building herself from a very beginning in this function. With no doubt, Sieklay is a young yet mature leader who manage the costs of a construction project and ensuring that the construction is completed within its estimated budget. Her skills involve in critical analysis and forecasting the cost of different materials, dimensions, type of building which is needed for the project. Furthermore, she’s also a coordinator working closely with client, suppliers and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers, accountants and site engineers. Sieklay earned her bachelor degree in Civil Engineer from Institute of Technology of Cambodia (Techno) in 2017.
